Adéla Moravová

Adéla Moravová joined the IGS group in the fall of 2021 as a PhD student. After completing her Bachelor's studies in General Mathematics at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, she decided to continue her studies in Innsbruck, Austria. Here at the University of Innsbruck, she earned a Master's degree in Technical Mathematics. Nowadays, in her PhD project, she studies the problem of a semi-automatic needle trajectory planning for minimally invasive surgery, radiofrequency ablation, of liver tumors. In her free time, Adéla enjoys various outdoor activities, such as whitewater kayaking and hiking in summer, and ski touring and skiing in winter.
